$DUG Token

The $DUG Token will be the native currency of the The Dug Father CNFT project, it will be a 45,000,000 supply, no further amounts of the token will be minted. Overview

Getting the tokenomics correct for the $DUG token was important to ourselves as we want to give the token real use, and also try create a case where it becomes more valuble over time to where holders arent just sitting with millions in their wallets and nothing to use it for, we are big believers of a native token can do more bad than good if there is no real need for it.

Token Uses

Raffling: The early use and very important use will be for the holder raffles, holder raffles will be a way in which we can reward our holders, these will be held on a weekly/bi weekly basis and we aim to maximise the prizes, percentage of royalties and the projects profits will constantly be used to buy NFTs that can be used as raffle prizes. Our aim is that as the project grows and become more successful the higher value the rewards will be and the more rewards we can offer at one time.

Launch Pad: When the launchpad is up and running we plan to have exclusive WL spots for holders to new projects, where dug holders will be able to mint the project in $DUG rather than $ADA.

Upgraded Art:

Later down the line, we plan to do an art upgrade, trait upgrade, something along those lines, this is very early discussion, but the plan would be the holder would pay an amount of $DUG to upgrade their NFT, the upgraded NFT would received benefits over the none upgraded NFTs this for example could be increased staking yield.

Arcade: $DUG will be used as a secondary currency in The Dug Father Arcade, while outsiders will pay for either tokens to play with, or play in $ADA, dug holders will receive the same benefits but will be able to play with $DUG that they receive from staking. Merch:

Something we would love to do later down the line when the project has been able to create some some re occuring revenue streams would be to do a quality merch drop for holders, where it would be one item per holder, but they would be able to pay for their merch in $DUG rather than fiat or ADA.

We do plan to keep adding to this and add as many use cases as possible for the $DUG token.
